I would go again
It was really nice and the host very very nice and helpful, place was always clean and tight. Close to the beach.

Super clean, nice location (jist a few stairs down and you are on the boulevard of Ulcinj).
It is rooms only, we had a fridge and a hot water kettle - but no more. So take that into account.
