we arrived early and the apartment was still being cleaned, we were allowed in which was very nice after our long journey. later in the week I had to contact the owner as I lost the keys, this was sorted out very quickly…

Host was very helpful. Property is in a good location just round the corner from Boscombe high street and is a short walk from the beach.
