Het zwembad en de centrale locatie. De gastvrijheid van de eigenaren.
Het balkon aan de drukke weg en de spoorbaan, maar omdat we zoveel weg waren en de tuin wel heel vrij is, is dat geen zwaarwegend minpunt.
