Ex: after check out and inform agent ....only next day respomse and ask to fill up in order to get the deposit.

The EV charger was nearby
the corridor and the bottom of the wash basin (bathroom) were moldy; the sofa was smelly; remote control was damaged, could do with newer bath towels.
