I paid and booked the bigger room. They lied to me and gave me a smaller room saying thats an upgrade. Clearly on the photos it was the room that was next to me was empty thats why I was able to see…

The location
Bugs in the bathroom, I think they were termites. They were all in the bathroom sink and the window. There was a leak in the bathroom around the bath tub.
