The property was unkempt and un inhabitable. 3 storey house with no fire regulations. Very unclean, smelt badly, dangerous door step to entry, dirty fridge and cooker, rips in settee, marks on bedding. Smashed…

Having five bedrooms was great as our group of 9 could be together socialising. Free parking was a bonus. The house was absolutely fine and ideal for us.
