Ήταν πολύ άνετο, καθαρό, περιποιημένο, σαν κανονικό σπίτι.
Η τοποθεσία ήταν λίγο ψηλά εκτός κέντρου, αλλά με αυτοκίνητο είναι μια χαρά. Δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ οι πετσέτες 5 μέρες που ήμασταν εκεί, ωστόσο έχει πλυντήριο.
