Staff was very unfriendly, rooms were not clean we even skipped the breakfast as we were told to pay extra for jus (as it was OR coffee or jus) and that didn’t turn the airco on as the window was broken… 🤔

The upgrade and transfer to a new room was a good boost after an unpleasant stay in a different room.
The room allotted to me was not comfortable. There was a smell in the comfort room, and the aircon was not cooling…
