ルンドの駅から近いし、アケセス抜群です。
フロアごとにコーヒーマシンが置いてあり、部屋でゆっくりコーヒーも楽しむことができます。
特にありませんが、強いて言うなら、金曜暇の夜はホテルの前のスポーツバーで若者が盛り上がって、大きい声が気になることはありましたが、それ以外はほぼないです
