这个酒店处在装修中，却依然在Booking接客源，我们去了，看到只有我们一间房入住，前台没人迎接我们，即便此前已经打过电话说好了我们马上就到，里面漆黑一片，我们没敢住，要求退款，他们拒绝了退款，我认为这不合理，属于欺骗行为！

Great value for money, comfortable option on Mavrovo National Park
Beautiful setting, and the team/staff are really friendly. It was very quiet when we stayed but we’ve been told it is a destination in the Winter.
