Location and space. Also the washing machine is great and the dryer inside the bathroom was amazing .
It would be bad if we had to walk up the stairs but they did help to put us on 1st floor so no complains

飯店外有兩個停車位，沒有停到車站附近也有停車位！
房間太潮濕，雖然有除濕機，廚房都是牛肉味整個味道排油煙機都抽不掉，廁所濕氣太重都霉味！房間都沒有陽光，都濕氣！很吵都聽到地鐵的聲音！
MandyHK地點很方便，靜中帶旺，從住處走進繁忙的街道只雖6分鐘，食的餐廳很多，生活用品店都有。
6分鐘路程可以走到別府駅，很方便。屋內設備齊全。
一個很不好的方面就是床確是有點床墊塌陷，睡很腰骨很不舒服，起床時候都感受到下半腰很酸痛的感覺。

チェックイン等が、慣れてない人には難しいかもしれない。駐車場がもう少し広いと良い。
お風呂に椅子が欲しい。お風呂に手すりもあるといい。

パーキングが2台しかないので事前予約無しで早い者勝ちなので近くパーキングにとめるしかない
