基本的におしゃれな作りで、清潔感もあり、目の前には温泉があり、駅も近く、スーパーやコンビニなども近く、ロケーションは最高でした！
ブラインドの１つが破損しており、到着の際に伝えられました。「ご了承ください」と言われましたが、状況を詳しく教えてもらえないので、すべてのブラインドが壊れているのか、閉まらないのか、開けられないのかなど分からず不安になりました。結果的に生活に支障はあり…

交通アクセスがよかった。
別府内にほかにも同系列のホテルがあり、名前が似ているため間違えて別のホテルへ行ってしまいました。数字など入れてもらえると間違いが起こりにくいかなと思いました。
ソファにシミがたくさんあり、座るのを控えました。また、テーブルの飾りが折れていたり、壁の何かが破損してたり、ちょこちょこ残念なところが目につきました。
