Close to where we needed to be. Clean and comfy. Appreciate having a table and chairs as well as a couch.

Location was great - we had breakfast at Percy Percy's which is a bit of a tradition for us when we are in Bendigo.
The air conditioner was a bit slow getting going, but did the job in the end.
