MUTSUMI２泊で利用しましたが受付の女性は日本語が出来ますし持参したコンセントが合わなかったためお借りしました。親身にして頂きました。清掃の方も感じの良い方で清掃不要でタオル交換のみお願いしたのですが綺麗に掃除されていました。部屋も綺麗で駅からもわかりやすくまた利用したいと思うホテルでした。
