1. 房間在一樓，不用扛行李。
2. 房內寬敞，還有附大衣櫃。
3. 進到房間需要開三道鎖(公寓大門、民宿大門、房間大門)，很安全。
4. 附近可以停車，轉角有一間咖啡店和教堂，很有在地感的民宿。
5. 慢慢步行可以散步到Ortigia古城區。
