It was a wonderful experience with getaways stays. Location is perfect ( you have to climb 50 stairs ) apart from the good views of the river and mountains. The food was good and the staff was very accommodating

Room heating is not upto the mark,May be this is the case of almost all hotels in Manali.You have to live with portable heater but doesnt help much.
