Needs a lot of deep cleaning. Carpet in family room needs replacing. Very stained.

The location of the house is perfect. Close to shops and only 10 min. walk to beach.
A house that can potentially sleep 14 people has only a 6 seater table in the dining area (with only 5 chairs)
