環境尚可，裝修ok.位於月眉鄉間，有點偏僻.
枕頭不舒服，冷氣位於床組對面，冷氣直衝頭部不舒服.

舒適、整潔，適合親子旅客。
房間乾淨整潔、廁所也滿大的，跟在家一樣舒適，房內還有擺放童書，也有澡盆可以借用，適合親子旅客，有專屬停車位，離羅東夜市頗近，叫計程車去很方便，也不用煩惱沒停車位。早餐滿豐盛，好吃。
隔音不太好，雖然我們有帶小孩可能是最吵的；電視下方的桌子那邊如果擺放飲料會出現螞蟻，有跟房東反應過了，態度良好。
