Close proximity to less crowded beach, up and coming area, pleasant neighbors, unit is comfortable and pretty clean (a few areas needed some cleaning before use) host is reachable

The information provided was misleading, the entrance of the unit was next to the trash bin, the building was very old and it smelled mold and moisture, extremely poor ventilation. Our stay was such a bad experience!
