Exactly as advertised and the owner has been true gold (very welcoming, accommodating and super friendly). And, not to mention the price, super ok.

Could be a lot better
The room was a bit messy, the sheets seemed to not be changed, it had hairs on them.
Also the lack of hot water was a issue.
