Very good
Monica was lovely, efficient, friendly. Apartment was very clean, in a good location. Good space for two people.
The apartment is next to a school which is noisy during the week.

We like the location, it's very nice neighborhood although it's a bit noisy on weekdays as it is located in front of an elementary school.
