Dużo przestrzeni w apartamencie - wygląda jakby jest do dyspozycji całe jedno piętro. Dobra lokalizacja obok supermarketu i na wypad na plażę. Pomimo dużego metrażu klimatyzacja działała poprawnie i było chłodno.
