A security deposit of $1000 - $3000 AU is required to be paid 30 day prior to your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the If the guest booking departure day is a Sunday, an additional cleaning charge of 50% of the standard rate, will be applied to their booking as per government wages penalty rate requirements, which will be collected direct with the agent.
