The staffs are very helpful. The environment is thoughtfully designed. The pets are very cute and lovable.

Staff were helpful and friendly. They have a corgi and an Alaskan that are friendly.
The narrow pathway (public area) leading to the hotel had animal poo. Had to watch our steps at night.
