Booking.comから予約したのですが、夕食は懐石料理（梅膳）一般的な普通の部屋だと思っておりましたところ、通された部屋が湯治場でした。食事も懐石ではなく普通の定食、布団の上げ下げもセルフサービス。旅館の人に予約メールを見せて説明しても、Booking.comは外国のサイトだだし、湯治場で申し込まれているので変更できないと言われました。
