他の口コミにもあるように過去ラブホテルだった建物のリノベホテルです。その名残で部屋風呂がとても大きく、しかも温泉風？なので快適でした。立地についてもいわゆるラブホ街ですが、周囲にコンビニや飲食店もあって、宿泊+アウトレット等で検討するには妥当な選択だと思います。
