Das Wohnzimmer könnte renoviert werden. Das Sofa ist komplett durchgesessen, und man spürt die Federn beim Sitzen. Der Raum ist sehr dunkel, was durch die alten, dunklen Vorhänge noch…

Leider wurde das Haus (Teppich) vernachlässigt, vor allem draussen , die Terrasse nicht nutzbar!
Ein Arbeitseinsatz wäre nötig, um den Garten zu nutzen.
