Very quiet location - just the birds. Short walk to both the lake, and the town centre.
A weather-proof 10 Amp (domestic) power point would be a great addition allowing slow-charging of BEV/PHEV vehicles over night.

Location, cleanliness, open plan living, spacious, large spaces for big groups
The bbq isn’t fantastic but useable, beds would be uncomfortable for a long term stay but a long weekend stay they are fine
