Clean rooms and friendly staffs.
Cigarette smell in the corridor and very light cigarette smell inside the room. Room was already changed but still had a faint smell lingering on.
KLike most of the hotels in China the service is impeccable even though limited English the staff go out of their way to assist. Restaurant provide excellent food but at a price.
DILFUSAUZReichliches Buffet!

Can I book a block of rooms at Four Points by Sheraton Urumqi?
The property lists meeting and banquet space, which usually means it handles group business — but how many rooms it will hold at once, for how long, and at what rate are set case by case and are not in any feed. Tell us the dates and the number of rooms and we'll get those terms from the property in writing before anything is charged.

The property lists a front desk staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival should be possible. Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. Rooms are still released after a cut-off at some properties regardless of the desk hours, so tell us your arrival time and we'll have them hold it.
