今次12月20日入住是極度失望， 房間設施多方面壞掉包括房間溫泉浸浴出水不夠熱及空調不能製冷風， 技術人員來到亦不能修補！晚上沖涼沒有熱水，小朋友差點著涼，叫我們落去公衆浴室沖涼，小朋友及大人都愕然！為什麼我們訂這間溫泉酒店會是這樣安排，原本想讓小朋友在房間享受浸溫泉之樂，不想在那麼凍天氣走來走去及在公衆浴池與其他人聚集！最後在關池30分鐘唯有匆忙地到公衆浴室洗澡！酒店公關方面…
