We left something behind, a necklace of value, and we knew it was there, but the host didn't try and retrieve for us, and now we have lost forever. We knew we left it there, so very very disappointing.

We loved the spa but there was soil
In it when we hopped in.
When we used the pan and a couple of trays , they were greasy. We couldn’t quite operate the heater.
