Die Ruhe obwohl die Straßenbahn direkt vorm Haus gefahren ist.
Das angeschlossene Restaurant Prag, war eine sehr gute Entscheidung dort zu Essen .
Es gab zwar keine Frühstück, aber Tee und Kaffee
