隣接する場所に大きな地元密着型スーパー、ハンバーグレストラン、珈琲チェーン店、ファストファッション店、スイーツ店、100円ショップ等があり大変便利。他にも徒歩圏内に食事処が沢山で立地は最高です。
お部屋でタバコが吸えるので愛煙家には最高のお宿。
部屋は古いが清掃がキチンとされていて広さがあってコスパは最高。
施設は古くて、エアコンの調整もロー、ミドル、ハイと3種類のツマミのみで…
HideyukiJapanビジネス出張なので泊まるだけだが、温泉は無料（もしくは宿泊料に含んだ）の方がいいと思います。朝食はアートホテル側のレストランだったので、素晴らしかった。
朝食は非常にいいと思います。
