Wrong hotel, we stayed at fletcher hotel wageningen
Staff unhelpful. Rude and not interested, Yousef was very rude and not helpful.
Double booked rooms, got our booking wrong, did not apologise for mistakes. Room keys…

Room - comfortable, but bed was two singles pushed together with single duvets. Our check-in person at least was friendly, helpful and competent and eventually managed to correct all the errors caused by her colleagues…
