Comfortable, a few issues as above but overall a good happy time.
Lovely views, nice large living area.
Comfortable beds.
However the one rooms electric blanket did not work. The couple that slept there were cold at night.

Mostly everything, great location, clean property , has utilities in kitchen, laundry, heating etc. A great quiet place to stay. Views are great.
A odour that is present on entrance is hard to ignore
