O banheiro fede esgoto 24h. O apartamento foi entregue sujo. Microondas sujo, sofá com comida e fedendo. Não recomendo de forma alguma pelo preço. Horrível!

1 - Falta de manutenção no armário da cozinha. A porta inferior estava solta e caiu sobre os meus pés na hora de abrir. Se não tivesse de tênis, poderia ter machucado.
