Bed didn’t have mattress protectors, duvet and pillow so thin. Shower only went hot and sprayed everywhere and not very strong pressure. Wasn’t cleaned when we got there. You could hear everything and smell everything…

The bed was so close to the ceiling.
I moved all bedding and there was hair underneath all bedding.
