Parking space in front of door. Short drive to tourist destinations and restaurants. The bath tub had been redone with multiple shelves and good faucet, but I would have liked handicap bars as well.

Nothing the price was high. I think it should be free, but it was so expensive and then the bed was very bad and there was not clean bed seat.
