Atendimento inicial ruim!
Achei o atendimento ruim, fiquei 2 horas na porta do hotel sem saber como entrar, ligava p o numero registrado na reserva e a pessoa do outro lado desligava. Foi bem desagradável, ficar sem saber o q fazer!
