フランクフルト中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで到着するため、アクセス面で予約した点が大きかったです。
チェックインや一通りの説明は簡潔で丁寧に案内してくれます。
日本と異なりタオルの備え付けがないことには注意が必要です。
シーツや枕などは清潔でした。
ただ駅前は治安がいいとは言えず、夜9時近くになると浮浪者や繁華街に向かう人などで人通りが多い印象です。

Had a glitch with an online payment, and was accidentally over-charged. The manager was quick to look into it, and fixed it before I checked out in the morning. Excellent customer service !
