Potential for improvementGood location
TodSo much more possibility but the lack of maintenance attention and customer response took away from our overall enjoyment. Simple to correct. Repair the ventilation cooling, towel dryers and rooftop patio lights. Upgrade…
MichaelGood location, very convenient for long stay. There are several supermarkets nearby, plenty of food places too.
Rolm cleaning every 2 or 3 days should further enhance the quality of stay .
Very recommendable !
JulieLovely modern, clean, spacious apartment immediately off the Champs Elysee - perfect for the start of the Marathon! Metro station 5 minutes away so ideal for getting around the city.
MaudelThe room was great, had everything I needed, very functional. Incredible location, everything is a short walking distance. Abdel was an AMAZING host, very attentive, he went over and beyond. I will stay here again!
Verified travelerGreat price, great location, great room
Really great place to stay. The location was amazing, modern apartments, and lovely staff service. I arrived extremely early due to my flight but Abdel was super accommodating and i could use the communal lounge area…
ClaudiaRoom layout was great. It has amenities but we did not use due to short stay in Paris. Overall great value, great location. Would definitely stay there again.

What we’d check for you here
- That the step-free room is actually free on your dates, and whether it is a roll-in shower or a bath, which the listing never says.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
Questions about FINESTATE Coliving Champs-Elysées
What time is check-in and check-out at FINESTATE Coliving Champs-Elysées?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you're arriving late, tell us and we'll ask the property to hold the room.
Does FINESTATE Coliving Champs-Elysées allow pets?
No — the property states that pets are not allowed.
Does FINESTATE Coliving Champs-Elysées have Wi-Fi?
Yes — internet access is listed among the property's facilities.
Does FINESTATE Coliving Champs-Elysées have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.
How do I book FINESTATE Coliving Champs-Elysées?
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
