Having to wash all cutlery and pots before use. Microwave did not use as it wasn't clean. Shower downstairs came off the runner and hit me on the head.

Great location. Comfy upstairs double bed. No need to turn on the heating. Beautiful views. Good water pressure. Proximity to the coastal path was a huge bonus for walking!

The outdoor snug has no heating which was a shame as it would have been an ideal space for the teenager to sit at night time.

Awful smell in the downstairs bathroom and front porch. No warning about the high step in the downstairs bedroom which M fell down. I also sat on a garden chair which collapsed when I sat on it. Bathrooms…

Location very quiet and secluded by only 5 mins from centre of Whitby
House was very cold on arrival and took all night to warm through. They need to ensure heating is on on cold days when guests arrive.
