禁煙ルームでもタバコの匂いが…トイレもちょっと臭う、歩き疲れた足で2階に上がるのはしんどかった
スタッフさんの対応はとても素晴らしいものでした。臨機応変に対応して頂き大変助かりました。ゆっくり休めました。
清掃状況もとてもよくて快適でした。
アメニティもサービスもとても良かったです。
また利用したいと思います。
