Fernseher, Föhn defekt. Im Flur waren an mehreren Stellen die Tapete abgerissen. Es riecht sehr stark im Flur.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Es gibt einen Schlüsselsafe, mit dem man zeitlich sehr flexibel ist.
Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Bahnstrecke, was aber nicht stört. Die Wohngegend ist sonst sehr ruhig.
