Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet wie eine regelmäßig bewohnte Wohnung.
Es ist eine Kellerwohnung. Die Terrasse ist dadurch sehr klein und ohne Aussicht.
