Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, man konnte bequem zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen. Was auch top war, das man Fahrräder gestellt bekam. Sehr schön war die überdachte Terrasse, wo man Abends ungestört sitzen konnte.
