Die Wohnung ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig und benötigt eine sichere Eingangstür mit einem Sicherheitsschloss.

Ein Wasserbett mit kaputter Heizung, es war ersichtlich das sie nicht vor kurzen kaputt gegangen ist. Und die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.
