Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten war der Aufenthalt schlussendlich in Ordnung.
Die Lage war nahe am Bahnhof und zugleich nahe zum Stadtzentrum gleich neben einem Park wo auch Märkte stattgefunden haben. Die Wohnung ist Groß und ist renoviert in einem guten Zustand.
