Staff, cleanliness of the room (pests, flies and fruit flies were inside the room). Floor mops were used in the rest room and the room itself bringing unpleasant smell to the room.

we booked with genius breakfast but was told at the property that it was just click bait of booking.com to book the hotel. Our booking clearly states it has bfast included.
