Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 16 Sept 2024 until Sat 31 May 2025 Piscina n. 2 is closed from Mon 16 Sept 2024 until Sat 31 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 19:30 until 23:30 costs EUR 30. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The swimming pools are open from the first Saturday of June until the second Sunday of September. One parking space is guaranteed for each apartment. Please note that final cleaning, heating, gas and water are at extra charge. A deposit may be required at the property.
